Acute Illness Care
When you’re not feeling well, getting timely care shouldn’t mean spending hours in a waiting room. Daterri Family Medical Care provides prompt evaluation and treatment for many common illnesses, including upper respiratory infections, sinus and ear infections, allergies, gastrointestinal illnesses, and other everyday health concerns.
School and Work Excuse Notes
If your school or workplace needs a medical provider’s excuse note or a return to work/school form, Daterri Family Medical Care can save you another trip to a provider’s location or long wait times on the phone.
Healthcare Concierge Services
If you are feeling overwhelmed by information and medical jargon, Daterri Family Medical Care will take the time to walk you through recent visit information, explaining medications and procedures, and making sure you are comfortable with your personalized plan of care. We can even look at your visits with other providers or help you prepare a list of questions for upcoming medical visits.
Out of State Support
When you are traveling out of state and away from your primary care provider’s office, they may not be able to prescribe or help you over the phone like they would if you were at home. Daterri Family Medical Care can step in and assist you with medication refills, simple symptom management, or talk through medical concerns wherever you are.
